Hantuchova, Schnyder advance to Linz final

Hantuchova fell behind 1-4 in the deciding set before rallying for a 2-6, 6-2, 7-6 (7-3) victory over the Czech Vaidisova on the indoor hardcourt at Intersport Arena.

The second-seeded Slovakian Hantuchova will face sixth-seeded Swiss Patty Schnyder in Sunday's final. The southpaw Schnyder advanced to the Linz final for the second time in three years with a 7-6 (7-5), 6-3 victory over Wimbledon runner-up Marion Bartoli of France.

The 2007 Linz champion will collect $88,265.
